Upload Large File

Can anyone tell me how I can up load a large file to this site. It was shot with my MA and I would like some ideas as to if it is good or if I need to do something and what to make it better.
Is there a limit to file size you can load here?

10 MB per file. If it's larger than that you could put it on Dropbox or similar and then post a link.

What sort of file is it? If a video, then upload to YouTube and copy the link?

Yes! And just paste as text. Don’t use the “attach files” button. Be sure the file is public and a preview will appear in your post.
