Uploading Video to Mavic Pilots

Probably a dumb question but how do you upload video into Mavic Pilots from either the mobile app or from desktop?

I upload mine into Youtube and then just post the link either here from my desktop or from my app. I don't know that you can directly upload them into the forum.
