As I was preparing for a mapping job yesterday, I just happened to notice that a part that appears to be a gimbal shock absorber on the bottom back of the gimbal housing area is broken on the right (starboard) side of the drone. It does not seem to be impeding the motion of the gimbal (although there is some evidence of possible friction). This drone has not had any hard crashes, although it did do a forced landing (engines on) and got caught by the branches of a small pine tree when a battery failed a couple of months ago. Is this part user serviceable (and if so, what is it and where can I get one?) or is it a trip to DJI service? 20250718-104321 DJI Mavic 2 Pro gimbal shock broken-Edit.jpg20250718-104412 DJI Mavic 2 Pro gimbal shock broken-Edit.jpg20250718-104652 DJI Mavic 2 Pro gimbal shock broken-Edit.jpg20250718-105133 DJI Mavic 2 Pro gimbal shock broken-Edit.jpg
