using a phone as secondary controller?

hi every body
is this possible to control a mavic pro with two controllers; with two phones.
i know that this is possible by using 2 remote controllers but i don't want to buy another remote controller.

No, phone doesn’t operate on 2.4 or 5.8.

You can control the drone via the phone alone.
And yes, phones operate at those frequencies. It is called WiFi

But I’m pretty sure you can’t use 2 phones on Wi-Fi or a phone in the controller and another connected by Wi-Fi. A 2 position switch gives that away. It’s either R/C controller OR Wi-Fi.
