So, the rules saying, that you must keep the drone in sight. If not, you are breaking the law. What about using FPV glasses...in the moment when you cover your eyes with them, you lose the drone from your sight. Is that means using glasses is illegal?

Strictly speaking yes, but you should have a "spotter" with you, who will act as the VLOS person.

Never seen “a spotter” with any drone flyers in the last year. Then again in the places & time of day I fly, lucky to see another person ?
