Vegas to Grand Junction, Flight spots?

I am traveling from Vegas to Grand Junction, can someone recommend some interesting legal locations to fly?

Kolob Canyon and Cedar Breaks. Outside of Zion and Bryce Canyon National parks but close enough to be spectacular
