I'm a reasonably experienced pilot and have a Mini 5 pro in addition to 9 other DJI drones but this video turned me on to several very useful tips that I had no idea existed. Maybe they are in the manual. I should look at it someday but at this point I think I know everything so never even gave it a glance.... Check this out

Nice find! Learned a few things, love the C1 button for hand launching. It's right there in the little dialog box on screen, but like most people who've been hand launching for years, i paid no attention to it and it was "invisible" to my eyes.

I'm very old school, my first hand launching on the original Mavic Pro. Because of this, I've been using the thumb on one stick, chin on the other to invoke the CSC to start the motors and take off, drone in the other hand. So, never had the problem with trying to press the on-screen button... maneuver is the same no matter which controller. Similar to "method 2" in this video, but with chin in place of right wrist:

Great video, but two major fails:

1. He wrongly says the Mini 3 Pro and Mini 4 Pro batteries are compatible with the Mini 5 Pro, when DJI has explicitly stated: Do not use Mini 3 Pro and Mini 4 Pro batteries in the Mini 5 Pro because of the voltage differences!

2. He fails to realize that the Cloud syncing of any flight data, including Waypoint Missions, has been disabled by DJI in the U.S.. preventing sharing Waypoint Missions between controllers.

Didn't know about the cloud syncing. Maybe he did it before it was disabled. As to the battery...I knew that but also know people have swapped them with no apparent problems but it may be that they are damaging things so I will not go that route.
As the comments point out, the dynamic range thing can be done in Pro mode too. It only requires that the ISO be set to Auto. I have used that technique in good sunshine but don't want the camera to choose a high ISO when I can control the aperture and shutter myself to get a lower ISO. Ah..the complexities.

He's in the UK, so he is understandably unaware that we in the U.S. have lost access to voluntary cloud syncing of our flight data, including saving waypoint missions, because DJI wanted to prove to our government that they have no access to our flight data.

The earlier batteries still work, but are now strongly discouraged by DJI because of unpredictable critically low battery shutoffs in midair, or forced landings in place, triggered by calculated voltage sags under load, based off the assumed higher voltage of the Mini 5 Pro batteries, instead of the actual lower voltage of the other batteries.
