ShotCut looks promising. Does it support 10 bit video, like the mini 3 pro d-cinelike format? I've been using Cyberlink PowerDirector, not free, but not too expensive. Unfortunately it does not support 10 bit files. I tried the free version of DaVinci Resolve but again only the paid studio version supports 10 bit files.
