Video is real slow and choppy.

I’m using litchi and when I go live on face book I get
A notification I’m live and how many viewers.
When I go to my timeline to watch the vids suck.
Are there settings I need to know about?
Any help would be much appreciated.
I use a iPhone 6s Plus so I think the processor
Is fast enuf but maybe not

I don't know about the Apple ecosystem, but I would make sure all running apps are killed (nothing running in the background).
