Video quality = grainy/ noise

I've been noticing significant noise in my video quality, mostly during low light and around sunset time of day. I keep my ISO at 100 and use NDs to control the exposure. It still seems like a unpleasant amount of noise and wondering if others agree or if they notice the same?

Low light + ISO set at 100 + ND Filter = Noisy, low quality footage.

Doesn't look noisy to me given the light conditions and the fact you seem to have shot log, which boosts iso in the dark regions.

Try it without the ND filter.

I have had very grainy video with filters and without them, with all different settings. It doesnt happen all the time, what I do is restart the drone and it works. There must be something wrong with the camera
