Video time and still time different Confused

I am just editing all the flights I did on a trip. Very confused about the timing exif/iptc info. Betwwen the videos and stills there are 2 hours apart. So consecutive file names but when the next one is a video from a still or viceversa the times don't match and there is a 2 hours gap between both while they were shot inmediatelly after. This is very weird. Has someone faced this same issue?

My similar issue is that the time stamp on stills from my M2P is often 2017. The day and time are correct--just the wrong year. I have never been able to figure this out.

Suggest that you add an item to your preflight checklist as to check the date/time the app is set. May I ask that when you unloaded from sd card to your computer does the metadata showa time stamp that reflects the 2 hour difference?
