Video type for Upload

Hi Everyone,

I have tried to upload some video of a problem with the extensions MOV and MP4. Neither of these appear to be allowed. Can someone tell me what video type is able to be uploaded to this forum?

No forums that I know allow direct uploads of video, you need to host them elsewhere or load them up to YouTube and post a link..
