Viewing flight data in Assistant 2

I'm trying to review my flight data with Assistant 2. My Mavic connect OK. I've updated the firmware without any problems, but I get nothing but blank screens when I try to view my flight data. My Win 10 Device Manager tells me:
Device USB\VID_2CA3&PID_001F&MI_04\6&30171864&0&0004 requires further installation.
