Viewing flight information overlaid on a video?

Sometimes I think it would be nice to watch one of the Mavic's videos and see some basic information overlaid in a corner...perhaps altitude, direction, speed...

Anyone know of a way to do this? Does each from store some sort of meta information about the flight at that point?

I am a newbie to video...If it helps, I do have access to Adobe Creative suite though I don't have any experience with their video products..

I was thinking more streamlined version but that's pretty cool! some sort of screen capture? I have an iphone 7+

Watch Michael Kincaid's videos on YouTube. He uses Mobizen for screen capture. It's very helpful for us watching what's going on and makes the most useful instructive videos. You wouldn't use it where the video or picture was the desired item. I am sure there are other ways of doing it.
