Visual range warning in mid flight

Yesterday I was flying my Air in a fully open area (100m clear all around, 45m height, clear day, flying over water). During a turn, I received warnings in green and amber, first on the front sensor and then on the back sensor. I was in VLOS and could not see anything. It wasn’t a bird, and it persisted as I continue the manoeuvre. It stopped after several seconds.

Any ideas?

I’ve seen that once, it was first thing in the morning facing direct sunlight. I do have the UV filter on now and haven’t had that happen so who knows if it was direct sunlight messing with the sensor :shrug:

Flying over water can trigger alerts. I have had similar issues when over water.

Why have you put uv filters on your sensors?

He likely means on the camera, aka has no effect at all on obstacle avoidance stuff.

Yea that’s what I meant although I have no idea why I even correlated that with the sensors... don’t internet when you first wake up people

Why have you put uv filters on your sensors?

He never said he put a uv filter on his sensor.
