Want to fly at 500 feet?

@RobertR they probably fancied a change from the Mach loop here in Wales
and yes it does show that the 400ft rule is there for a reason ,there wouldn't be much drone left if it collided with one of those jets ,plus the damage to the aircraft and pilot injury or death ,and possible loss of life on the ground if the pilot had to eject over a populated area

You bring the F15 😬
I would love to. I was an Avionics Tech for the F-15 during my time in the Air Force. I’m just a bit partial to them.

Just jousting with my Canadian neighbor.

I’ll lay odds that wherever they were operating was either a Military Operations Area (MOA) or there was the UK equivalent of a TFR in place.

At my friend’s farm in Michigan there are times when the Air National Guard do low level training. I guess I am enthralled with military aircraft as I was exposed to them since childhood.

Yeah I know, a bit of fun in the comment.

I'm sure I've seen numerous posts about TFR in the UK for various aspects of military and other such airspace use.

The Airforce time would have been interesting, there are a few on the forum with time served.
I'm sure you would appreciate the following . . .

I got this in my YouTube the other day, and having watched numerous WWII vids in the past, watched this F22 take off over one of the incredible Tuskegee Airmen of that era.

When you watch the old Mustangs, Spitfires etc from the era, they are absolute classics, but look so slow in comparison.
The old fella must have been in awe of these, but I bet the F22 pilots would be in awe of him.
