Warranty Transferrable when buying used?

To save money, I'm looking to buy a used Mavic Pro. I've found some folks who are selling Mavics that are less than a year old. So I'm wondering...

A. What is the factory warranty on the Mavic Pro?
B. Is that warranty transferrable to another owner (assuming the original sales receipt is part of the sale)?
C. What is the window for buying the Refresh warranty for a Mavic?

The answer for C is 48 hours post activation. You can purchase refresh later, but the process is intense. You have to provide diagnostics and videos
