I’m a new user. Have a MA2 and trying to get to grips with Waypoints in Hyperlapse. I have 2 problems
I only seem to be able to save 5 waypoints when using the DJI Fly App and the drop down *** waypoint tab. I can’t get more than 5 points.I understand you can have up to 45
I’m using a large 120gb scan disk. My settings are interval 2 sec, length 5sec, speed 1mps
Appreciate your advice

DJI Fly only allows five waypoints. To get more you can use a third party app like Litchi or Maven which allow MANY more waypoints, and unlike DJI Fly you can program waypoints without actually flying there. Both Litchi and Maven are inexpensive.

Thanks for your response. I have just got Maven as you suggested but find it doesn’t have hyperlapse ability. How can I get around that? I really need hyperlapse

Maybe you could explain exactly what you are trying to accomplish. Maven can program up to 99 waypoints and set up to 15 "actions" for each waypoint ... and "actions" includes interval pictures.

Third party flight apps will produce a series of stills that require a third party app for processing (PS/LR/AP) into a series of RAW frames for use in video editing apps (Premiere, FC,DR). Manual stitching of hyperlapse produces superior results anyway. The video the FLY app-drone stitches leaves a lot to be desired in terms of compression and overall image quality. Many YouTube instructables on the process which can consume some time. It is the difference between "Oh, that's neat." and "That's freaking awesome!" (Using Maven shoot RAW with the 3 sec. interval as Litchi can only shoot RAW @ 5 sec. intervals - drag your shutter below 1/25 use ND if needed) Post em' when you got em'.
