Weak Signal

I bought a Mavik Pro 2 with a whole bunch of extra's which includes a smart controller. When flying, at approximately 1,200 feet or so out and 100' elevation, the controller tells me the controller has a weak signal. Anyone know why this may be happening?

How's your antenna positioning? The antennas should be perpendicular to the drone for optimal range, with the sides of both antennas facing toward the drone (as per the manual).

Seems to react the same in any position.

If increasing allude and/or making sure you have VLOS doesn’t work something is amiss. My M2P sis controlled with strong signal using my CS or SC to well over a mile routinely... have gotten much more testing out in the desert.. Check your settings.

Suggest to try again at more remote places. It can be due to interference. If the problem persists, it's likely to be a lemon.
