What are the consequence of going a lot higher than 2x your frame rate? (The 180° Shutter Rule)

Say 24fps NOT at 1/50 but like 1/200 instead?

I'm using the following and seem to be getting pretty decent footage but not sure if this breaks The 180° Shutter Rule. Like can I not only use 2x the frame rate, but also 4x, 8x, etc?

Mavic 2 Pro
PolarPro ND8
4k 24fps HQ Mode
ISO/100
SHUTTER 1/200
WB Sunny
f2.8
None Color Profile

Thank you for any help here!

4x 8x etc is not 180 degrees.
To decide if it matters to you there are lots of Youtube videos on this but you could start here

Mostly you’ll notice Loss of a slight amount of motion blur. Many find this much motion blur to be pleasing and feel like a video looks peculiar w/o it... varies with viewer, but I still use shutterspeed twice my frame rate for most video and keep my ISO at 100z
