Mystery Lugs

Anyone know what these black coloured hoops are on the underside of the Pro ? The only thing I can think of is some kind of heat sink. Maybe they are attached to a CPU just inside the shell.

Thankyou Sir, being rather slow, I forgot about this most usefull function.
Many times, I have used this to tow my F350 out of a snow drift, here in Cairns, Australia..

Just looked at my MP and yes, it obviously stands on them. I don't know why but I always assumed it stood on its back legs !
