I tried panorama mode on Litchi app and found some dark lines on the side of the frame for both video and photo. Are those props? Is my camera angle setting changes from using DJI Go 4 app to Litchi? I am new to Litchi, please be patient guys.

Yes. Props. When making a turn the gimbal anticipates the turn for a few degrees. At those moment you might see the prop briefly. Slow down the yaw or use tripod mode to avoid this.
