What do I need to flight in Toronto? What permissions?

I will go to Toronto in September and what I like to know , how and where do I ask this permission to fly my mavic there?

Use UAV Site Selection Tool - National Research Council Canada
To see the no fly zones in TO. You are better off flying North or West of the downtown core.

Great scenery along the lake though.

5.5kms radius around airports including Billy Bishop. 1.8km around Heliports. Sick Kids and St. Mike's have them.

One confusing this about the various maps out there including the controller map is that they often show the Class flight radius and not the drone no-fly zone, which is that 5.5kms. The Hover app on my iphone shows the true drone no-fly zones.

I'm sorry to jump into this topic but like to ask if flying drone in area where there no any bubbles (picture below, UAV Site Selection Tool - National Research Council Canada) is considered legal? I understand I have to avoid parks even if they are not shown as restricted on the map below. BTW, the map shows Toronto east and north end. Thanks!
