What is a flight?

I'm a new Mavic pilot, and loving it! Had it about a week now.

I've been out on 3 separate evenings. I've flown each of 3 batteries until about dead each time. And I've landed and taken off again a bunch of times on each battery swap.

So, how many flights have I had? 3? 9? Or more than 20?

1 flight is 1 take off and 1 landing. Btw check your flight records and you will find number of flight and also number of hour flying and total distance of flying !

The way that the logs record individual flights, is based on: Powering up > Taking to the sky > Landing and shutting down. Every time you swap batteries, you are starting a new flight. Technically, you could land mid-battery and take off again, but the logs will record it as a single flight.

I did several small flights to test Hangar with the same battery and my logs doesn't show me a single flight!

I haven't used Hangar. Does it record its own flight logs?

No! But I remember now that when you use Hangar, you have to exit Go4 app.... maybe it's the reason

When you use any other app to fly, you must shut down Go4 before taking off.

Ok !

But still not convinced... last battery I did 2 fly of 12 minutes each. Didn't shut down the drone but just did a landing. 2 flights in my logs....
