What is the editing workflow I should follow?

I have my entire video edited with all my clips put together and transitions and what not. When do I render, when do I apply my LUTS, and when do I apply my NEAT video to reduce noise? It is a combination of mavic and gopro shots so I only need to really edit the mavic shots.

Well apply LUTS before rendering, and make sure LUTS are applied to all clips, I often vary the LUT between clips.
In my defense, I am a complete novice and only comment on how I do things.

Yea I need more information than that as I am also applying NEAT video.
