What is the voltage on the mini 2's battery pinout?

What is the voltage at the + - pins? Are there two 8.7v/8,8v outputs each or two 4.35v/4,4v outputs?

It's a 2 cell battery. Fully charged, each cell is 4.4v with 1 output per cell, or 8.8v total battery voltage.

As has been said, Mini 2 batteries are two cell LiPos so fully charged 2S LiPo battery = 8.8v

No. The cells are connected in series in the battery and that's all you get from the outside.
