what is your Obstacle avoidance experience?

Spend a lot of time reading the mistakes of others on this forum. Then read the manual and find a nice open field to learn how to fly pretending that you don’t have obstacle avoidance. Best wishes.

I quite often fly mine towards trees, our house, my car etc. to make sure the obstacle avoidance is working and so far it has not let me down. In fact I did it again today.

I would not fly it towards thin branches without foliage or e.g. a telephone wire because I suspect that would be expecting too much.
