Not much really, it says to refer to local CBO but I can't find one for my area. As I said, I took the recreational test and don't recall anything specific about distractions. Maybe this is in 107 but I haven't studied that.

When you are flying recreational you are actually flying under an exemption under the 107 rules. Not all of the rules apply to recreational pilots BUT most of them do You could also do a google search of FAA rules and regulations if you have any questions about something you are gonna do with your drone.
