Me and my wife will be going to Vail Colorado at the end of this month and I will be able to get either one more battery or polar pro filters. Which do you guys think I should get?
My current setup
2 batteries
64, 32 & 16 GB cards
Dji mavic sling bag

Or would yal recommend something else?

I would go with the filters, they make a heck of a difference.

Are you going to be shooting a lot of video? If so, filters could be handy. If you're only going to be shooting photos, then pick up another battery.

Definitely videos. Not going to ski, just to relax and sight see. Maybe ride a snowmobile one day. Also get some nice footage lol

I think if you're picky about cinematic footage and all that stuff, then go for the filters. But if I had to choose I would go for the extra battery. I have three batteries and they go pretty quick when you're having fun. The filters are good but won't keep you in the air for another 27 minutes. ;)

Any recommendations?
Do you mean filter-wise? If so, I have a list of commonly used Mavic filters here. The Freewell, TACO-RC, and PGYTECH brands are also nice.

I've never tried the Bower Mavic filters. According to a reviewer here, they don't fit well.

Buy a battery and an ala carte ND32 filter from Polar Pro. You have to email them in order to buy individual filters.

No all good so far, you have to ensure they are pushed on fully (like all of them) or you will get interference with the gimbal.
I know it has been a while since this post was made, but I was wondering: how is everything working out with those NiSi Mavic filters? I'm the NiSi product manager here in the US, and we are having a slow go at getting feedback on them (probably because of that one Amazon review, in fact), and I don't have a Mavic here at the office to do any hands-on testing.
I'm also looking to see if Mavic Pro filters will work on the Mavic Air, if anyone happens to have both.
