What's the best video editing software for windows 10?

What editing software? Depends on how serious you are and so how much you want to spend. I have Edius, Premiere pro, Vegas and DaVinci Resolve Studio. Of these DaVinci Resolve has the steepest learning curve and the best colour tools. The free version is very good lacking only a few features, the Studio version has all features enabled and it costs is not exorbitant. I generally use Edius (most familiar with that), Vegas and Resolve, but am leaning more and more to Resolve as I learn its many great features.
