What's the most economical speed to fly In calm wind

Hi all, is there any way to lock the max speed on the mavic air 2 the way that even having the stick all the way forward it does not pass thet preset speed, my previous drone was the fimi x8 se 2020 and it has that feature

No way to lock the speed, and waypoints are not implemented on the MA2 except in a very basic way in hyperlapse. DJI did introduce some customizations to the T,N,S modes, but speed wasn't one of them. Eventually there will probably be third-party software which will handle this. On the way home you can hit RTH which will lock you at 36kph. Full speed in N mode is 43kph.
