I use my S9 plus with M2Z, never had any issues...

Why a Samsung? I tried my Air using an LG phone - no good. Manufacturer highly suggests only using iPhones or tablets. Android systems too unstable for these drones, no matter what others may say.

There is no truth at all in what you are saying.
Perhaps this silly myth will die one day.
DJI apps and drones work equally well on Android or Apple.

Not to mention DJI controller products (SC, CS, goggles) run on Android OS. Granted DJI has no choice, Apple doesn't license iOS to third party products.

I'm using a note 10 plus and for some reason the app always starts up down, but for me, that is easily corrected by moving the phone. Have you tried screen lock/unlock? and closing all background apps? I also always use airplane mode.
