Where's the audio?

I've only had my MP for a few months. Recently, I selected the option to record audio. When I playback the video on my iPhone, the audio is there. When I download the video file to my computer, there's no sound. Is the audio a separate file that's stored on the iPhone? How can I access it?

The audio is recorded to the local cache as part of the lo-res MP4 and does not get uploaded to the drone. If you want the hi-res video with the recorded audio then you have to mix them in post.

I have the same problem and no one knows how to fix it. It worked when I first bought the drone but after all the latest app and firmware updates it no longer works. I even deleted/restored the app.
You have sound when you select “cache”, but when you download the video to your photoroll, the sound is no longer there. There’s obviously a bug in the system, I’ve even contacted DJI and they haven’t responded. No one here knows how to fix it either.
