Which video Frame was Shot in 4K ?

I took a screen shot to see if any quality gets lost in the Picture.
One of these was shot in 4K and the other in 1080 P can you still see the difference ?

I have mentioned that I can never see the difference between the 2K video and the 4K video .

I'm going with B.... Its hard to tell because the shots are not exactly the same but it seems to have more detail.

B simply because its larger (cropped) but there is missing detail in A . . .

Looks like the focus points are different in each shot. B appears to focus on the back wall, while A appears to be focused more closely to the camera.
