white screen

so i have just bought a extra mavic air and it came with the NC16 lens on it. right from the moment it connects my vision screen is just bright white. if i take in the house the picture will show up. but once i go back outside the whole screen turns white, even when over casted. if i pick it up and walk into the garage the outline of things in garage can be seen and as i enter the garage the picture turns normal. why would it due this ? is my camara bad on this drone, could be why i got it so cheap, lol. everything else works as it should but cant fly it, or should say cant see to fly it with the screen completly white.

Check your camera settings.

The camera may be set to manual mode and looks fine in one environment but not the other.

Flip it to auto and see what happens.

Check the photo and the video as one can be set different than the other.

Also check that exposure value EV hasnt accidently pushed right up. Should be around 0 to -.3

yeap that did it. thanks so much, had to turn it back onto auto thanks ma2 317 and everyone else.
