Many thanks for the interest and replies.
I only used optical zoom, but over flew them for a week gradually getting closer as they grew accustomed to the flying camera..

In my Opinion..... Drone has so many negatives associated with it.. - so I refer to my M2Z as a flying camera or aerial camera. I fly not for the flying, but for the different camera viewpoint...
Only my opinion though... Hee hee

I'm with you on the flyingcamera Monica. I just say aerial photography which is in fact what I got theM2Z for afterstaring out commercial aeroplane passenger windows for so many years.
Mind you there is a big difference in FOV between a plane at 30 000 ft and a bird at 400 ft.
