As an aside, Gregory McNeal was hired by the Seattle City Attorney's office to testify as an expert witness for the prosecution in a reckles endangerment trial. He explained to the jury why it was dangerous for a guy to fly a Phantom over a crowd in downtown Seattle. Judging by the verdict, the jury took him very seriously. He has some impressive credentials for sure:
