Yagi power was specified twice in that video. After measurement and at the end in a summary table. You should better use the last data from that table. If we are using for comparing first result it will show reflectors are better, but in fact they don't.

I checked both with my power meter. As I can suppose yagi is better. But in chines test video shown few messages earlier reflectors are better.
I think that yagi is better because they are smaller and fits well on antennas. And you can easily print it for youк transmitter version (2.4/5.8). And some messages before I wrote a physical explanation of why reflectors should work for 5.8 only.
I checked only 5.8 because I have FCC Version.
