wifi interference

i have yet another stupid question.
I know on my P3s, it ran off WiFi and obviously closer to high WiFi areas,!it would disrupt signal.
I do not run my Mavic on wifi,so does WiFi congested areas still affect even when not using the WiFi mode?

Yes the Ocusync system the Mavic uses is susceptible to disruption from other WiFi signals. Ocusync is still a 2.4 / 5.8 ghz signal.

I've flown thru some very congested areas without problems, about 3500'-4000' away without any issue
