My question is I live around abunch of trees. If I take off over and away from the trees , will it block my WiFi signal when I fly away ? It winter now so it be branch’s.

Yes trees will degrade your signal, best keep VLOS and ensure controller is correctly oriented. In addition make sure your have strong gps and home point recorded, RTH is set high enough to avoid trees and be mindful of RTH dangers with higher winds at altitude.
