We are starting to use the drone for determining wind speed and direction from ground level up to 400 ft. We are using this data in hot air ballooning to help us in launch and landing site selection based upon speed and direction, Under a different workstream there is a group of folks that are working with the FAA and creating a waiver for us to get this data up to 1500 ft, but that isn't approved yet. My question to the group is about a consistent rate of climb that can be programmed into the drone that allows a hands-free 2.5MPH rate of climb. Yes, I can do it with the joystick but would be nice to have it programmed. Look forward to your thoughts. Thank you all.
