Wondershare Problem?

This is probably a total noob question...

I got Wondershare for my video editing, and while I'm quite happy with it, I just had something happen which concerned me.

I had edited one of the videos I took, and after I reviewed it, there were some slow parts that i wanted to edit out. But when I re-edited the edited video, it was seriously jerky.

Is there any way to prevent this?

There are two types of Problems with jerkiness : One the way it is rendering on your computer and the final exported video ? Which one are your referring to ?
