Woo Hoo SpaceX, SN8 did it, well almost.

Did stick it. Then cooked ?

It was quite the sight to see the maneuvers being completed during the descent. I'm sure they got a great amount of data to learn from in this first high altitude.

I’m really glad we have got back on the space program.
Grew up mesmerized with it.
Think that’s the right word ?

I watched it live. I was having a mild panic attack the whole time. Wondering if it was going correctly. What a rollercoaster. Could you imagine being a passenger? On one that didn't blow up of course.

I wish it happened here in FL but maybe one day Super Heavy will launch and I'll be here to see it.

Pretty much wherever the first Super Heavy launch is, I'll be there. You can count on it.

SLS is hopefully around the corner too.

James Webb...

The list goes on.

Areceibo (sp?) was a sad loss though.

@dirkclod Speaking of SLS, there should be a hotfire test before 2021, in Stennis... No set date yet, but would be worth taking the time to try and get a "visitor pass" or similar, if it's available. Might just be a press thing. Who knows.
