Wow, all of Md. is restricted air space

I remember when I was in DC and these Truckers were on there way to the Capital and they had Tanks on every Corner and there was no doubt in my mind that they would have blown a DJI drone out of the sky. DC is no joke after that last Riot.

DC has been "no joke" since the 911 attack. That's when they declared the no fly zone and permanently shut down several small airports.

I got a Mini 3 for Christmas. A few days before I received it, I created an account at airpsacelink.com and was shocked at how crowded the airspace was here. I live just under 30 miles East of DC. I can fly but I'm still within the bubble of DCA, plus I'm somwhat near two other airports (IAD and HEF). As well, there's a helipad near me that I constantly get warnings about.

If I drive maybe 5 miles, I'll be outside of every bubble around here...I guess it's good I live so far out.
