WTF is going on with my footage

I was all excited and reviewed my footage of my girlfriend, then when I downloaded them to my mac and opened it in QuickTime, I got whatever this is. Someone help me understand what is going on?

I assume you downloaded it off of the onboard SD card and not your phone?
