WTF: My CAS # doesn't work anymore?

I pasted the CAS # from DJI into their Repair Progress page. It comes back with:

Earlier today I checked and got the status (still not shipped, cripes! Maybe that's why? They're shipping it as I write this?)

Belay that panic - still reporting not shipped. Probably won't have it until after Easter at this rate.
 
I have my P4P in Carson and has been over two days now in the section that says "please be patient" will take one day, LOL.
So today I decide to use the DJI Facebook chat, I said "hello" at 1445 and they said "how can I help you" at 1630. Sheesh what a POS company!!
