After watching this video you will likely say......."Now I Know".

IMO, this video would be epic had the mavic managed to lift up and fly off into the sunset.

for the record .. what cause the crash
forward sensors ? props hit the tree ? Sensors below not turned off

I read somewhere it's risky to fly under a bridge for 2 reasons 1. GPS signal can be blocked 2. wind drafts pulling downward and always the downward sensors when over water

Step two - If it was salt water, a quick rinse with distilled water. (others here may have better advice on this one)
Even if it was fresh, I'd do a rinse with distilled water, pat dry, then a quick flush with isopropyl alcohol and into the rice/desiccant.

Re flying under bridges or ceilings, I'd also be wary of being close to any overhead surface not just for collision. Ground effect will give you a natural buffer cushion when you're closer to the surface - the but it can suck onto the upper surface very quickly and once it's sucked on the throttle to drop off is LOT lower than that needed to fly, it's not a very graceful drop off.

My P4 decided to take a dip in Lake Havasu. Was a malfunction but DJI calmed it wasn't. Repair was almost $250.
