I sent them an email yesterday stating:
Attention DJI-
I am currently out of patience. I have waited and waited and waited. All the while I see customers ordering from newegg or Apple weeks after my order and receive them within days. Or go directly to the Apple store and pick one up.
I can't do that because DJI has been holding on to my money since October 6th. I demand you give me an actual update today!! Either that or you explain to me how this refund process works so I can understand how long it will take to get my money back and a guarantee that I will get every penny of the $1300.00. I am not paying you $50.00 to hold my money for 2 months while keeping me in the dark.
I sit here patient while the people that do get a Mavic go on Ebay and sell it for a $1000.00 profit. This is outrageous and dishonest to put a customer through so much while telling them nothing. I would like to receive my order so I can actually use it and because my company is not DJI you can actually believe what I am saying.
I WANT AN ACTUAL UPDATE TODAY OR I WANT TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW THE REFUND PROCESS WORKS AND WHEN I GET MY MONEY BACK! All of it!
