Repair or get a Refresh Express?

Hello everyone, I need your advice.

I have a problem with the Mavic Pro gimbal that suddenly tilts. It doesn't work also after reuploading the update and after gimbal recalibration.

I contacted the DJI and he obviously told me to send it for repair. My Mavic is under warranty until May 5th and under DJI Care Refresh until May 16th. What would you advise me to do?

1) Send it for review and wait for it to be repaired (I do not think there are cases where they replace the entire drone for a single gimbal problem)

2) Ask for the express replacement, by paying 99€, in order to have a new or regenerated drone and not make the investment of DJI Care totally useless

The drone has its signs of wear due to some fall in the early days. The first week of use some sands also entered into an engine that never caused me problems. It would be to have one like the new one, but based on your experiences the regenerates have some difference or problem compared with the new ones? What would you do?
