Restore Factory Defaults......

Hi everyone, don't know is this has been posted before..
Using Windows 10 and DJI Assistant 2 I went to check for updates for my Mavic 2 Pro and I keep getting the message "Restore Factory Defaults"..
I did that but everytime I plug my Mavic in thats all I get.....[emoji33]
Can anyone help......?????

That's not a message advising that you should restore factory defaults.
It's a button you can click if you want to restore factory defaults.

Strange how it doesn’t show the previous firmware versions ?
Isn’t the op missing the latest firmware upgrade released on the 7th of July it is v01.00.0670 .

It usually does show all the firmware versions but they aren't showing now, as you can see from the picture.
Normally it says which firmware i have..
Never seen the "Restore Factory Defaults" before.
Kind of stumped by this one....

It was probably a server issue at DJI's end

should delete the name of the first user who activated the drone that is stored forever.
(just load a log on air-data and you'll see who it was)
